Such a beautiful, spacious caravan. Very clean. They even knew, the first thing you want when you get somewhere, is a cup of tea, so left sachets of tea, coffee, sugar and even some milk in the fridge. Washing up and hand washing bits were provided as well. It's the little things that can make a stay a bit better.
During our stay it was very cold at times, so we were thankful of the central heating, which we were able to figure out,using the handy information book provided.
The area is lovely and quiet, but not too far to walk to the parks facilities. Close to bus and train connections and not far from Shanklin beach either.

Our favourite holiday park to stay on the island. Modern style van, spacious.
1 of the 2 toilet seats were broken, pre warned so not a problem. On arrival, glass light dome had fallen from ceiling on to the double bed. Email sent to report but no response. Very informative information pack however, the section on leaving reviews was not really acceptable, ultimately anything less than 5 stars or 10 out if 10 was not an acceptable review to leave.

The caravan was clean and tidy.
The caravan was very tired looking, beds were very uncomfortable and the whole caravan was very cold.
I did emailed office but had no reply, The radiators did not get very warm at all.
If I had booked through the park itself, lm sure the maintenance guys would have looked at the heating system.
So all in all not a great experience, I don't think I would book again.
