Perfect location for visiting family. Places of interest easily accessible from location via 10-20 minute car journey.
I couldn’t fault anything for ourselves, but others might find the washroom facility quite compact.

A gorgeous little property situated in a perfect place for all places we wished to visit whilst in Cornwall. Host was great and helpful when we got lost finding it. It was EXTREMELY clean, not a single part of the property was untouched when cleaning. The bed was very comfortable and it was so quiet and peaceful on a night. Really nice to be away from the business of Cornwall.
A couple of things listed we didn’t find (such as a hairdryer) but no biggie at all. Some directions to the property when booked would be a great addition as satnav doesn’t take you to the property.

The hosts were very friendly, The accommodation was very clean, warm and fitted out with everything we could possibly need. It’s location, about 13miles South West of Bodmin and in the middle of Cornwall between Newquay and St Austell makes it perfect for days out.
The access road. The last 100yards are a bit bumpy.
