Ease of booking, communication from Carolina was great and entry instructions clear and concise.
Beautiful, clean property that is well maintained and looked after.
Excellent location for what we wanted, great public transport nearby.
Noise from the street throughout the night particularly car horns.
I have mobility problems and the stairs were a struggle.

3rd floor and tons of steps to climb. This is very difficult with heavy luggage

There is no full length mirror in studio3 that we stayed
On New Year’s Eve, we experienced a water outage for several hours, which was very poor timing. Carolina tried to help as quickly as she could, but we eventually had to leave, and it negatively affected our holiday
Afterwards, the hot water system was also problematic. the water flow was weak and would sometimes stop after a while
The room needs better maintenance in these areas, and with a few design improvements and additions, the overall atmosphere could be much better and room would be easily 8+
