this property does not have 24 hrs front desk yet advertising as having 24 hrs front desk as a highlight. I was not able to check in because their false advertisement. I dont feel safe saying in a place with false advertisement but the hotel owner declined to refund me the money. The hotel is not very clean from my observation, as it is very expensive for what it provided.

Location is not as convenient as Interlaken but being in Wengen, it was a peaceful stay. It is very closed to Wengen station. There is no lift. We stayed two nights at the double room with a tiny bathroom, and the view over the church was amazing. The next two nights was in triplet room at highest level with shared bathrooms. It could be slightly noisy staying at the top most level when people walked on the wooden floor. We asked if we could leave our luggage in room and get the cleaner to shift our luggage to the new room so that we didn’t have to carry down the luggage for storage in basement and moved back up again but unfortunately rejected. The climbing was really challenging. The hotel is old but clean

Toilet is too small. There is no AC if you visit in summer. WiFi is not working properly if you stay upper floors. But staff is good. They are so kind and helpful.
