About this cottage rental
Trevean is a beautiful cottage in the heart of the village of St Teath and just a 15 minute drive from the renowned beaches of Polzeath and Daymer Bay. It is a charming 17th Century cottage which has been renovated by its current owner to a high and stylish standard. It is full of character displaying original features such as slate flooring and beam ceilings. Upon entering the cottage, you are greeted by a good size lounge with comfy sofas where you can snuggle up in front of the log burner on a winters night. A Smart TV provides Prime and Netflix and there is also superfast fibre broadband within the cottage. Adjoining the lounge is the kitchen and utility room that are both adequately equipped including a coffee maker and air fryer. The rear kitchen door leads to a well established garden and patio area where you can enjoy alfresco dining on a balmy summer’s evening. From here, there are steps leading to the lawn surroundings which offers a companion chair overlooking the small pond. Returning to the inside of the cottage, a short steep staircase leads to the master bedroom, housing a king size bed along with a single bedroom displaying views of the garden. Both beds are dressed with high quality linen and the bathroom has luxury towels placed on the heated rails.
