The house is clean and well stocked, although it could use a wine bottle opener. The house is comfortable and large enough for 4 adults. The location is very convenient, but the driveway could be better marked as the house numbers are not visible from the street. The only thing we had issue with is the way the listing is described. It states long term renters live over the garage on the property, which makes it sound like they are in a separate building, however, this is not the case. The garage apartment is attached to the main house and anyone staying in the back 2 bedrooms can hear EVERYTHING the upstairs renters do (walking, coughing, using the bathroom, taking a shower, opening and closing doors, etc).

House was very well kept, very clean, nice furniture and welcoming. Communication/instructions with management easy. We enjoyed the ping pong and games.
