The spacious one bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, separate desk area for home office use and a modern sleek sofa to day dream on. Enjoy the modern appointed living room with open views north, and south of the mountains, ... there is a cozy pullman twin bed compartment and two twin daybeds in the adjacent media room (previous separate dining room) for extra guests.
Take advantage of the fitness room on site, modern laundry facilities... and WiFi during your stay. Relax in the large dual room bathroom with shower and vanity area separate from the main bathroom and vanity.
The condo has sliding glass doors opening to a large balcony with mountain views. For privacy, architectural screens and desert plantings define the area from the adjacent neighboring patio (as shown in photos). A barbecue grill and seating with a low dining table for entertaining enhance the midcentury outdoor experience. Just a couple of steps from the patio is the permiter walkway overlooking the pool and courtyard with easy access to stairs going down to the pool and spa.
