This is an excellent house in a nice York neighbourhood, with easy access to the city centre. The property is beautiful and very well-maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

It was lovely. I don't know how the owners can up sticks and rent it out though, in the kindest way I mean! It was comfy, we loved the little conservatory even when it was slashing down with rain. I hope we left it clean and tidy. I think a cafetiere would be good at the property. If there was one, I couldn't find it. Thank you.

Lovely property on nice estate, convenient for all York attractions with a 10 minute drive or 40 minutes walk into town. Small convenience store 5 minutes walk away and 10 to the Walnut Tree pub. Very much a home from home with comfy sofas, a very well equipped kitchen and a comfy bed too! Dog walking was easy, mainly on pavements but also along the beck path.
