Ca' Gigli, charming apartment with balcony overlooking the Sestiere Cannaregio in Venice.
The apartment is on the third floor of a building without elevator and is on two levels. On the first floor there is the living room with a fully equipped kitchen, oven, kettle and toaster. In the same room there is a dining table and a living room with sofas and TV. Finally, a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a single bed. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a balcony with a unique and typical Venetian view. A bathroom with shower and hairdryer completes the layout.
*The building is not equipped with an elevator.
*Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.

The location was great, we had never been to Venice and didn't do a lot of research. We took a shot and were very happy, the location was great. The apartment was clean, we had everything we needed. We had a little trouble gaining access, the locks on the doors were a little loose and were sometimes hard to open, but once we found the trick, we had no issues. I would stay here again, the location was fantastic.

If you would like air conditioning, a bit of outdoor space, a quiet and authentic neighborhood, and plenty of room for your family, this apartment is a good choice. We enjoyed our stay and slept well each night. Even though we were not right by the biggest tourist attractions, we felt that the walk to see them was pleasant and not particularly long. Although the apartment was reasonably clean, it was clear that no one had cleaned under the furniture or sofa cushions in a while. The drapes also needed to be washed. For those with mobility problems, this apartment would not be the best choice. You must climb many steps to access the apartment. Also, if you would choose to sleep in the bedroom with the balcony, then you would have to climb another flight of stairs within the apartment to get up there. The bathroom is on the first level of the apartment, however. Overall, my family and I were happy to call this apartment home for a few days.

Nice apartment. Up a few stairs (3rd floor) but no big deal. Liked the location - away from the crazy crowds. This apartment is managed by an agency . They are very helpful but it is a little different when you meet the owner.
