Residence charmante et paisible. L appartement idéalement pour grande famille. Cependant, les appartements sont trop collés les uns aux autres ce qui peut votre être dérangeant. Pas de commerce accessible rapidement à pieds, l utilisation de la voiture est très requise.

Unsere Wohnung (3 Zimmer + Garten + PKW Stellplatz) war gut ausgestattet, bis auf das es kaum Putzutensilien gab. Der Pool lohnt sich, da man zugleich einen tollen Blick auf das Meer hat. Wir hatten Glück im September anzureisen, da somit der Pool immer leer war.Ansonsten empfanden wir die Wohnung als sehr dunkel und an Regentagen machte es keine große Freude. Sportliche können fußläufig die Fahrradstraße unterhalb der Via Aurelia erreichen und somit schöne Strände in San Lorenzo oder Aregai zu Fuß ansteuern.Internet kostet 10€ die Woche. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Insgesamt war es eine normale Unterkunft, die durch den naheliegenden Pool Pluspunkte gesammelt hat.In der Hauptsaison empfinden wir den Preis jedoch als eindeutig zu hoch. Reisetipps: Cervo, Märkte in Imperia, Civezza, Bussana Vecchia, San Lorenzo Sandstrand hinter der Kirche, Restaurant Monte Grazie (10 Gänge Menu inkl. Getränke 29€ p.P.) u.v.m.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet mit Spül- und Waschmaschine. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider war die Wohnung an sich etwas abgewohnt und hatte Spuren von Feuchtigkeit an mehreren Stellen. Der Garten ist schön angelegt und eignet sich zum Verweilen. Der Pool war gepflegt, mit Aufsichtspersonal ( Die Dame empfanden wir als wenig freundlich). Die Nebenkosten von 60 Euro für Bettwäsche und Handtücher fand ich zu hoch, die Kurtaxe betrug noch mal 40 Euro.
