In the resort 150 m from the centre of Toscolano, 2 km from the centre of Maderno, in an elevated position on a slope, 400 m from the lake. For shared use: property (fenced), terraced garden (fenced) with plants and flowers, meadow, swimming pool kidney-shaped (12 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (sandbox). Bis auf die Zufahrt zur Anlage, waren wir sehr zufrieden. Besonders mit dem Pool. Die Reisezeit war gut,es war nicht zu voll.

Unsere Ferienwohnung war zwar etwas kleiner als erwartet, reichte aber für 3 Personen völlig aus. Dafür gab es eine wunderschöne, große Terrasse. Ausstattung ist einfach aber ausreichend, die Betten bequem. Manche Möbelstücke bzw. Küchenschränke sind schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles nicht wirklich störend. Die Pools sind sauber, genauso wie die gesamte Anlage und Wohnung. Der Erhohlungsfaktor war für uns sehr groß.

Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr schön, auch super ist der Pool, so muss man nicht jedes Mal zum See laufen. Allerdings ist die Lage im hintersten Eck von Toscolano nicht unbedingt der Place-to-be, da hier wenig geboten ist. Wenn man viel Ruhe sucht ist man allerdings richtig. Zudem auch etwas komisches Publikum, am Pool waren Leute mit Hund, die nur auf Aufforderung den Dreck von den Hunden auf der Wiese weggemacht haben. Absolut eklig. Zudem sehr unfreundliche Dame an der Rezeption.
