About this apartment rental

Beautiful 2-family house "Talmoosen-Bauer". 3.5 km from the centre of Bramberg, on the outskirts, 4.5 km from the centre of Neukirchen, 48 km from the centre of Kitzbühel, on a slope. For shared use: property with meadow. In the house: ski boot dryer. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises, single garage. Shop 3.5 km, bus stop 4 km, railway station "Bramberg" 3.5 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m, mountain railway 4.5 km, ski lift 7 km, sled run 4.5 km, cross country ski track 5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Wildkogel/Neukirchen 4.5 km, Resterhöhe/Pass Thurn 7 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
"Talmoosen-Bauer", 5-room apartment 120 m2, lower ground floor. Bright, cosy furnishings: small living room. 1 double bedroom. 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed, 1 double bed, shower/WC and satellite TV. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook and satellite TV. Sep. WC. Underfloor heating. Wooden floors. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, box-room. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine (extra). Children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Een hele mooie woning met een zeer vriendelijke eigenaar. Woning was echt ontzettend netjes. Twee zeer ruime slaapkamers met een mooie badkamer en een wat krappere kamer zonder badkamer. Heel fijn dat zelfs hier op de berg nog broodjesservice mogelijk was waardoor we elke ochtend verse broodjes konden eten bij het ontbijt. Daarbij de lekkere verse melk van de boerderij van de eigenaar. Een dubbele garage mochten we ook nog gebruiken. Wel zo gemakkelijk toen het begon te sneeuwen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Jedes Zimmer ist mit eigenem Bad ausgestattet und auch sonst hat es an nichts gefehlt. Man hat einen wahnsinns Blick auf die Berge. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und wir wurden direkt sehr herzlich empfangen. Mit dem Auto kann man unzählige Ausflugsziele in kurzer Zeit erreichen. Unser Familienurlaub mit 2 Kindern war toll! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
