Semi-detached house "Auer". 4 km from the centre of Eben, on the outskirts, 10 km from the centre of Altenmarkt, 65 km from the centre of Salzburg, on a slope. In the house: storage room for skis. Parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop "Niednerfritz" 4.3 km. Gondola lift 4 km, cross country ski track 4 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Reitlehen 4 km.
"Auer", 8-room house 200 m2 on 2 levels. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Very little to complain about. Excellent facilities and lovely views. 15 minute drive to Flachau and as the accommodation is set in the hills it would be difficult in the Winter.

Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf Eben. Die Ausstattung ist gut und der maximalen Personenzahl angepasst. Der Vermieter ist gut zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Zum Skigebiet Flachau etc. fährt man ca. 10-15 Minuten über die Autobahn. Wir werden wieder buchen.

Sehr schönes modernes Haus in schöner Lage mit freundlichem Vermieter. Super Ausstattung, alles da was man braucht. Waren 12 Personen. 6 Erw. und 6 Kinder. Haus steht am Ende einer Bergstraße. Aussenbereich ideal für Kinder. Sie können dort toben und rodeln. Schöner gemütlicher Palett Ofen, welcher vollautomatisch funktioniert. Verschiedene Skigebiete innerhalb 15 Minuten erreichbar. Unbedingt Schneeketten einpacken. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.
