Above Vorderlanersbach 3 km from the centre of Tux, 4 km from the centre of Lanersbach, 15 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, on a slope. In the house: ski boot dryer. Steep, narrow motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. 30 m footpath to the house. Parking (for 2 cars). Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop "Lanersbach Eggalmbahnen/Tux" 1.1 km, railway station "Mayrhofen Bahnhof" 12.6 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 30 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 10 m, mountain railway 1.5 km, slopes 50 m, ski bus stop 1.5 km, ski school 1.5 km, cross country ski track 1.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Eggalm 4 km, Hintertux 10 km. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Animals in the neighbourhood. Recommendable for experienced guests who are familiar with the typical facilities of this property. The balcony may only be used partially.

WC. 2nd upper floor: (steep stair), 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 sofabed and 1 double bed. Low door height 180 cm ceiling height 190 cm. Electric heating. Wooden floors. Balcony 10 m2, patio. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, deck chairs (4). Marvellous view of the mountains. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Wir lieben die Lippnerhütte als gemütlichen Ort für unsere Winter- und Skiurlaube. Ein Liebevoll erhaltenes uraltes Bauernhaus mit Allem, wenn das Einfache im Vordergrund steht. Herzlichen Dank für dieses Ferienobjekt und auch die Vermietung über Interchalet hat immer super geklappt. ...

Waren schon zum zweiten Mal mit einer größeren Gruppe hier im Skiurlaub. Immer wieder schön! Wer erstklassigen Komfort erwartet, ist hier an der falschen Adresse. Die Hütte ist eher urig. Trotzdem gibt es alles was man braucht (Ofen, Herd, Spülmaschine, ...). Besonders überzeugt die Größe der Hütte (3 Stockwerke) und die traumhafte Lage direkt am Skihang. Platz hat man ausreichend und alle Zimmer können beheizt werden. Trotzdem: Pulli und Hausschuhe einstecken! Mit dem Auto bequem zu erreichen.

Das haus ist wie beschrieben 300 Jahre Alt. Es ist Ok wenn man keine Ansprüche hat . Der weg dadurch das es auf dem Berg liegt ist sehr umständlich. Für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern nicht zu empfehlen, da es auch im Sommer doch sehr Kalt ist . Wir haben die Elektronischen Heizkörper nicht genutzt da die enormen Stromkosten uns doch abgeschreckt haben . Alles in allem für einen zünftigen Männerurlaub zu empfehlen aber nix für einen Familien Urlaub.
