House "Skistadl". 6 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a sunny position on a slope, 7 km from the lake, directly by the skiing area. For shared use: property with meadow. Barbecue. In the house: restaurant, central heating system. 1.5 km long very bumpy, steep, narrow motor access to the grounds. In Winter: please take snow chains. Steep footpath to the house. Parking at the house, in winter 900 m. Supermarket 6 km, restaurant 5 m, bus stop "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 6.2 km, railway station "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 6.2 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km, bathing lake "Aufenfeld" 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, ski lift, gondola lift 500 m, slopes 10 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochzillertal-Hochfügen. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Informazioni invernali: La casa SKISTADL si trova direttamente sulla pista innevata che porta a Kaltenbach, circa 500 m sopra la stazione intermedia della funivia Hochzillertal (vedi mappa delle piste). Al piano terra della casa, i proprietari gestiscono un accogliente ristorante di montagna con terrazza soleggiata (aperto dalle 10:00 alle 17:00 circa, gli ospiti ricevono uno sconto del 10% sui menu del giorno, chiuso in estate!). La casa è raggiungibile in due modi: 1) In auto da Kaltenbach (4 km) lungo una stradina di montagna fino alla casa dei proprietari vicino alla stazione intermedia. Potrebbero essere necessarie le catene da neve. Da lì, un sentiero in salita e una pista di trasporto conducono alla casa (circa 900 m). 2) Prendere la funivia Hochzillertal fino alla stazione a monte (orario di apertura dalle 8:30 alle 16:30). Da lì, una pista da sci lunga 3 km, preparata e innevata (adatta a sciatori esperti) conduce fino alla casa. Il giorno di arrivo, la funivia può essere utilizzata gratuitamente dalle 15:00, previo acquisto dello skipass per il giorno successivo. Extra: il proprietario trasporterà i bagagli dalla sua casa agli appartamenti con un gatto delle nevi. Si prega di arrivare tra le 14:00 e le 16:00 (per il trasporto dei bagagli) ed entro le 8:00 del giorno di partenza (domenica). Il parcheggio è disponibile presso la casa del proprietario o presso la stazione a valle.

Wohnung in perfekter Lage, die Piste ist direkt vor der Haustür.

Die Ferienwohnung war, wie angeboten, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Die Ferienwohnung liegt etwas abgelegen von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Wanderwege. Man ist also auf ein Fahrzeug angewiesen, das war für uns aber kein Problem. Ich würde diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und kann diese Unterkunft für mobile Gäste empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist nicht unbedingt barrierefrei zu erreichen.
