Cosy house "Föhrenheim". In the district of Weidach, 500 m from the centre, 6.5 km from the centre of Seefeld, in the residential district, 7 km from the lake, 1.2 km from the skiing area. For shared use: property 150 m2 with lawn. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking. Shop 500 m, supermarket 250 m, restaurant 500 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Führenwald" 120 m, railway station "Seefeld" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 1.5 km. Walking paths from the house 200 m, ski lift 1.2 km, ski bus stop 400 m, sled run 1.2 km, cross country ski track 400 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Kreith Alm 1.2 km, Rosshütte 7 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Wildsee 7 km. Hiking paths: Wetterstein, Alpenpark Karwendel. The two apartments are in the front half of the house. 1 parking space per apartment on the property (not suitable for cars with low ground clearance). Access to the huge network of cross-country trails is in the immediate vicinity.

Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining nook and satellite TV. Shower/WC. Wooden floors. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Laminate/wooden and tiled floor.

Die Unterkunft ist im gesamten als gut zu bewerten. Es ist eine geräumige Ferienwohnung, super gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Gut eingerichtet und sauber.

Accueil de la responsable formidable. La maison spacieuse et très propre. Rien à redire c'était parfait. Conseils de voyage: Très belle région et appartement très bien situé.

Großzügig Ferienwohnung mit Garten zum Spielen für Schneebegeisterte Kinder. Ruhige Lage mit nahem Supermarkt. Reisetipps: Familienfreundliche Skigebiete in der Nähe tolles Schwimmbad im Ort.

Es war ok. Es war alles sauber nur leider muffig (Urlaub mit Asthmatiker daher für uns sehr schlecht). Viele Spinnen in der Wohnung aber das war sicherlich Umgebungsbedingt. Als bed&breakfast ok ansonsten sehr schlechter Zustand der Möblierung (Defekte Schränke/Schrauben statt türknaufe…). Schade fanden wir das absolut keine persönliche Betreuung durch den Vermieter stattgefunden hat aber sehr nette Nachbarn die einem Stellplatz/ Mülltonnen usw. gezeigt haben!
