Private: natural state property 2'000 m2 with meadow. Bathing jetty. Rowing boat, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 6 km, supermarket 16 km, bus stop "Näfshult" 5.5 km, railway station "Vimmerby" 16 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 310 km, sandy beach "Krönbaden" 8 km, indoor swimming pool 70 km, lake Krön 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, ski lift 35 km, cross country ski track 35 km, fishing possibilities 20 m. Please note: private mooring.
"Bofall", 4-room house 70 m2 on 2 levels. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the veranda. Living/sleeping room with 2 sleeping facilities. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, Sauna. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 210 cm). 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 bed (105 cm, length 200 cm), 1 sleeping facility. Wooden floors. Balcony, terrace roofed, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). View of the lake. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Freezer approx. 80 l. Wood fired sauna hut.

Das Haus (Erbaut um 1996) und die Einrichtung mag zwar in die Jahre gekommen sein, aber gerade das macht einen großen Teil vom Charme aus. In der Umgebung finden sich unzählige Wege, die zum Wandern einladen. Der angrenzende See läd nicht unbedingt zum Baden ein. Das Wasser ist etwas trüb. Zum abkühlen nach einem Saunagang reicht es aber allemal. Die Sauna war für uns ein wahres Highlight. Man hat so gut wie keinen Handyempfang, ob das gut oder schlecht ist, muss jeder für sich entscheiden.

Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch an einem kleinen See umgeben von Wald ! Alles wie in der Beschreibung und sehr nette Vermieter ! Kann man vorbehaltlos weiter empfehlen ! Kein bis sehr schlechter Hy Empfang - sowie kein Wlan oder Internet ! Für jemand der Ruhe und Entspannung sucht aber kein Nachteil !
