The property is well situated, in the first row in the road running though the village, a few minutes drive from the ski-lifts in Morillon and, somewhat farther, Samoens. There is a parking place adjacent to the house.
The apartment is in the ground floor, easy access. There is a living room and a sleeping room that can, with some mental effort, accommodate 4 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all imaginable home appliances and kitchenware, napkins, paper rolls, etc. Same with bathroom and toilette. Importantly, the apartment is well lit, with an abundance of light sources, sockets and switches scattered in the right places around the rooms. All equipment is of good quality, higher than would normally be expected in a rented property. The same goes for linen, pillows, blankets, etc. The hosts place a high value on cleanliness and good order.
The sound isolation is excellent, no disturbing noises in the house. The apartment is quite warm being equipped with floor heating. There is an additional radiator in the bathroom that may be useful for drying garments.
The hosts are very hospitable, considerate and ready to help in any occurrencies and with any problems, even going beyond the purely host-tenant relations. Patrick would thoroughly inform you about the locality and the various services offered in the viscinity and beyond.
I would recommend adding a hanger in the lobby and additional space for personal belongings when it comes to accomodating several visitors coming at one time.

Nous avons réservé cet appartement au dernier moment (à cause d’une autre réservation ailleurs où nous n’avons pas pu rester (trop sale)), le propriétaire nous a tout préparer en même pas une heure et c’était super. Il nous a même conseillé sur les activités à faire à proximité. De plus l’appartement est lumineux, propre, calme et bien aménagé avec tout ce qu’il faut à l’intérieur.

Nous sommes venus avec deux enfants en bas âge pour la grande odyssée.
Nos hôtes ont été aux petits soins. Ils ont cherché des renseignements pour nous qui ont été forts utiles et nous ont donné les conseils des gens locaux, grâce à eux ont à pu vivre notre programme, sans quoi, ont aurait dans doute du faire demi-tour.
Des gens d'une gentilesse incroyable et l'appartement est vraiment super. Tout y est , même des jeux pour les petits.
C'est soacieux, hyper propre, bien chauffé et ils nous ont même prêté deux luges, grâce auxquelles ont à pu vraiment s'amuser et profiter de la neige.
On reviendra!
