Die Lage in dem schönen, im Sommer aber etwas touristischen Espalion ist sehr gut, man ist sofort im Zentrum. Ausstattung in.Ordnung, Kommunikation auch, die Gastgeberin hat sofort geantwortet. Ventilatoren, die man auch braucht im Sommer.
Es ist alles da, aber auch kein einziger Gegenstand zu viel, alles abgezählt und penibel aufgelistet, zudem wird man mit einem laminieren Blatt mit einer Liste an Pflichten begrüsst, u.a. Betten abziehen. Das ist ok, wirkt aber reichlich steril und jugendherbergsmäßig, was im Widerspruch zum Preis steht. Der größte Nachteil ist aber, dass die Wohnung direkt über einer Autowaschanlage liegt, die 24h grell blinkende Leuchwerbung zeigt. In Chicago oder Tokyo charmant, aber in Espalion? Kein W-Lan, was ich nicht kritisieren will, da offenbar so bei der Beschreibung schon erwähnt (hatte ich übersehen), aber es war schon ein Nachteil.
