On the plus side, the apartment is right in the center and everything inside is new.
The only way to get fresh air or ventilate the apartment is to open the door out onto a busy alley where tourists constantly walk by and look inside. So, no privacy, and inside, there is a mouldy damp smell. There is also nowhere to dry clothes after the beach -- I left with a suitcase of wet clothing. I asked if I could store my luggage for a couple hours on the last morning and never received a response.
