Lovely house, very well stocked. Very secure gate and security. Great location with private (ish) beach.
We were there at the tail end of the 2026 Kona storm so we had some clean up construction right out front, but I’m sure it was a once in a decade problem that wouldn’t happen during normal circumstances.
We never received the bar code to enter our first day and our name was not on the security list which caused a delay in entering the neighborhood. The after hours phone number did work and we got into to neighborhood after the security guard and rental management had a pretty thorough conversation. So double check you receive a bar code from the security company before you arrive at the gate.
