A good and very clean apartment with everything you could possibly need. All kitchenware, toilet facilities, everything was included. However the staff were quite rigid. Checkin time is 3pm and check out time is 10am. We requested so many times but they were not willing to even let us stay till 10:30am. Parking is a little inconvenient and it's a little away. Overall the apartment was very good but for the price+city tax amount expected a better service.

Rooms were old and shabby and they explained that Internet connection was present in all the rooms but ours. When talking to the other guests it seems that it was a wide known issue which they were not fixing for a while! Reception dismissed us saying they will send someone the next day and the next day they said the same. Carpark they charged 10 euro per day so they are cheaters. Also if you do not have a car you can not easily go to the city of Milan. Stay away from the place!

The room was not as advertised. The men at the recepcion was unpleasant. He did not answer the phone when I call there. He demanded the authorization from parents of minor child (16 years old). The minor child was there with two 18 years old sister and friend. This information is not included in the accommodation’s terms on the web and they didn’t tell us before we arrived. Until they had authorization on reception, they didn’t let the girls into the room. We paid the accommodation before coming. So because of this bad experience, I do not recommend this accommodation.
