Private: terraced garden, 50 m2 (fenced) with trees. Stepped path to the house. Single garage at the house. Supermarket 800 m, restaurant, bar, café 500 m, bus stop 10.4 km, railway station "Sportono Noli" 5 km, ferry "Savona" 2.5 km. Please note: main road 100 m from the property.

Das Haus ist innen schön und geräumig. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Die Sitzplätze im Garten und die Dachterrasse sind wunderbar. Die Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und sehr nett.

Wir haben das Ferienhaus Giorgia als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in der Region genutzt. Die Gegend ist sehr schön, spektakuläre Landschaften, intakte Natur, schönes blaues Meer. Das Ferienhaus hat sehr viele Treppen und ist für kleine Kinder eher ungeeignet. Das Haus ist sehr hell und war sauber, die Betten sind bequem und die Einrichtung völlig ausreichend. Vorteil - im Sommer kann das Auto in der Garage bleiben, es ist schwer einen Parkplatz zu bekommen, zum Strand sind ca. 300 Meter.
