Beautiful, rustic house "Stella & Susanne", 3 storeys, semi-detached. 2 apartments in the property. Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the hamlet Braga 5 km from the centre of Caprino Veronese, 15 km from the centre of Garda, on a slope, 15 km from the lake. Heating available only from 05.Oct. - 30.Apr.. 30 m long very narrow motor access to the house. Public parking 200 m on the road. Grocery 5 km, bus stop 1.4 km, railway station "Peschiera del Garda" 30 km, ferry "Torri del Benaco" 22 km. Nearby attractions: Verona 40 km, Venezia 150 km. Hiking paths: Monte Baldo 50 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

abbiamo trovato queste 2 case per caso e abbiamo passato 4 gironi di vita NON reale stupendi. Il silenzio e le comodità della casa ci hanno rigenerato il cervello e l'anima. in entrambi gli appartamenti non mancava davvero nulla arredati bene e funzionali logicamente sono più su livelli quindi non è adatta per chi non ama le scale Abbiamo fatto sia la colazione sia la cena sempre fuori sotto il pergolato della casa Susanne con un panorama impagabile senza prezzo . la consiglio vivamente!! Perli
