Schöne geräumige Wohnung, gute Küchenaustattung, sehr schöner Pool, Klimaanlagen nicht leistungsfähig genug und leider sehr laut

perfekte Unterkunft in der ersten Etage, geräumige Schlafzimmer, große Wohnküche mit Esstisch für 6 Personen, alle Küchenutensilien vorhanden, evt. Knoblauchpresse mitbringen . schöner überdachter Freisitz, regensicher und beleuchtet, zu teilen mit Nachbarwohnung. wunderschöenr Pool mit Weitblick in die Toskana, sehr sauber und gepflegtes Badehaus mit Duschen und Toiletten. Zum Duschen perfekt, da das Badezimmer in der Wohnung leider etwas klein ist und die Dusche vor allem sehr eng. (in den anderen Wohnungen wurden die Bäder teilweise renoviert und vergrößert). Empfang der Verwalterin war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert, spricht gutes Englisch und als Ansprechperson immer da. Wir haben wieder einen super perfekten Urlaub genossen Reisetipps: Um die Toskana kennenzulernen ein toller Standort für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen ; Florenz , Sienna, Volterra (!!) Pisa ,Luca sind alle in maximal 1 Std 15 zu erreichen.Der Ort Peccioli selbst auch empfehlenswert, kleines schnuckeliges Bergdorf mit zwei Pizzerien , 10 min Fahrtzeit, großer , gutsortierter COOP Markt am Rande.

sehr gute und saubere Ausstattung der Häuser und Appartements mit viel Platz, absolut empfehlenswert auch für Familien mit Kindern, sehr gepflegt Pool–und Gartenanlage, mitnehmen sollte man auf jeden Fall Tabs für Spülmaschine und einige Gewürze...Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe (mit Auto), Coop in Peccioli Reisetipps: sehr gute Lage, da nahe an Pisa, Lucca, Volterra, Florenz, San Gimignano und auch ca. nur eine Stunde zum Meer, auch in der Nähe sehr schöne kleine mittelalterliche Dörfer
