Long term availability. Welcome to the Yellow Rose of Waco! This gem is centrally located only 1.3 miles to the Magnolia Market Silos and 2.3 miles to Baylor! Retreat to this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house that has everything you need to be comfortable during your stay! Featuring flat screen smart TVs in the living room and each bedroom, games, a fully stocked kitchen for cooking, dining room for gathering during a meal, and open main living area for staying connected with your friends and family! Coffee bar and WiFi too! The main open-concept living space helps keep everyone connected while watching TV, dining, or preparing meals and snacks! Sink in to the comfy sectional sofa to relax! Each of the four bedrooms feature comfy queen beds and flat screen smart TVs. The two full bathrooms feature gorgeous tiled full walk-in showers. In the living area you can find board games and a checkers/chess table for entertainment. Everything you need is provided: stocked kitchen, coffee, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, WiFi, smart TVs, bedding, towels and more!
