About this cottage rental

Located in Siegsdorf, the country house Gutshof an der Alten Linde offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. This is one half of an old farmhouse and part of a beautiful estate. Spread over two floors, the property features a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (each without toilets), and two separate WCs. The sofa in the living room converts into a bed for two, accommodating up to six guests in total. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a workspace for home office, a TV, washing machine, and dryer. A baby cot is also available. The holiday home also has a garden.



As guests, you receive the Chiemgau Card, granting you numerous free highlights in the region, from mountain railways to swimming facilities.



The proximity to the A8 motorway ensures excellent transport connections and makes trips to various destinations easy, but also means that traffic noise is clearly noticeable outside. The accommodation is therefore less suitable if you value peace in the garden and do not primarily plan excursions. Parking is available. There is a storage room for motorbikes and bicycles as well as a ski depot. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited inside. The property follows recycling guidelines and is equipped with energy- and water-saving facilities.

A very comfortable and well equipped property in a great location for ready access to all the area has to offer. We all felt completely at home. Suggestions:While the listing indicates washer & dryer there is not a drying machine, simply a drying rack. The listing should clearly state that the shower over the bath is not enclosed by a curtain. Overall we were very happy & would stay there again.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and spacious place. It isperfectly located for exploring the stunning Chiemgau region. The surrounding area is picturesque, providing a serene and carming atmosphere. The accommodation offers ample space, making it ideal for families. The proximity to the mountains and the many lakes make it easy to enjoy the local attractions. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best the Chiemgau has to offer
