La Montanina is the perfect place where you can spend a relaxing holiday enjoying the beauties of the surrounding area.
The villa can host up to four people, and it is enclosed in a wide garden which has an equipped area with gazebo, dining table and barbecue, perfect for cooking your delicious meals outside. The garden is equipped with a wonderful and panoramic private swimming pool (8x4mt, height 140 cm, fully fenced and protected by an entrance gate) perfectly exposed to the sun during the day and complete with an outdoor shower, deckchairs and sun umbrellas, where you can relax during the warmer days. By the pool there is also a comfortable gazebo, perfect for moonlit evenings, or for cooling off during summer days. There is also a children's playground.

La Montanina develops on the ground floor only. The property entrance leads to an open space living room full of dining table, tv, stereo, one sofa and two armchairs. Next to it you will find the kitchen, fully equipped with all you need to cook your favourite dishes. Then you reach the sleeping area composed of a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with shower.
La Montanina disposes of free Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning and mosquito nets. Pet allowed on request.
