About this apartment rental

Three bedroom, two bathroom penthouse apartment in Coto Real. The apartment is nicely furnished, has it's own wifi connection, air conditioning throughout, good size lounge with fireplace and patio doors leading onto the terrace. The large terrace is partially covered and furnished with a table, six chairs, sofa, arm chairs and two sunbeds. From the terrace there are views to the sea, mountain and the communal swimming pool.



The complex has a selection of communal pools, underground parking, 24 hour security and is a 15 minute walk to Puerto de la Duquesa and its bars, restaurants and beaches.

Great view and penthouse New furniture Value of money No informations about the community rules, pool little dirty, not an easy acces to the underground garage due complex procedures, pool badges not giving with keys, no remote control for small rooms AC and AC not working without RC, construction site cross the building, a neighborhood in the ground floor play music everyday in the morning including sunday and don't let us enjoying with the beautiful view and calm, a worker start a reparation job at 8 in the morning causing big noise.
