Ground floor: it features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room that opens to the terrace/outdoor dining area, a cosy living room, a bathroom with a shower.
First floor: one bedroom with a double bed connected to another bedroom with double bed (it is necessary to walk through the first bedrooms to get to the second one), 1 bathroom, a small living room. On the same level there is another bedroom with a double bed.
Outside, you can relax in the outdoor lounge with a brazier, enjoying the view of the hills. There is also a covered terrace with a dining table that offers a wonderful view, and a pool with sun loungers for your comfort and a hanging egg chair.
The Dependence
This charming guest annex offers a comfortable and stylish retreat within the main property. It features a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower. The bright open-plan living area includes a cozy lounge, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen, creating a welcoming atmosphere ideal for short or long stays.
Outside, a small private patio provides a relaxing corner with a two-seater sofa and a hanging egg chair—perfect for unwinding outdoors. The dependence is located within the grounds of the main villa; access to the principal house passes in front of its entrance, and the patio connects seamlessly to the outdoor area of the main property.
Fully air-conditioned throughout, the dependence ensures comfort and privacy while remaining conveniently close to the main residence.

Such a beautiful, well kept home overlooking rolling hills and olive trees. Huge shout out to Martina our house manager who made herself available to us from scheduling a reservation at a restaurant, to making suggestions for wineries and organizing a chef who came and cooked for us. We spent a great deal of time outside enjoying dinner, relaxing in the poolon the sun bed. And morning coffee on the outdoor couches. We would definitely return!

Authentic tuscan country house. Hidden from the main road of the village. The villa itself has everything you may need. If you are looking for a modern stay, book at Hilton. If you are looking for an authentic experience, that's the place.

We just returned from a delightful stay at Villa Due Terre . Silvana was extremely helpful, informative and professional and we appreciated the excellent service she provided. The pool was immaculate and enjoyed by all. A wonderful and memorable holiday, thank you.
