Lovely little place. Especially enjoyed the deck out back. Tough getting in and out on that tiny, steep stair in the back, and parking was kind of a monster. Made it, but unfortunately that was the biggest memory of the stay for my kids - the stairs.

It all looks great in pictures, but terrible upkeep of the place. The shower stalls are broken, toilets don’t run properly. The doors don’t close properly. Patio was full of junk and you could not enjoy it fully as there were large pieces of junk and trash and bricks lying around. Worst of all you can’t even enter from front door because lock doesn’t work properly, have to go all the way around the street to the back entrance, and even then the screen door was broken. Overall, for how much the owner is charging per night, he can definitely afford to fix the place up a little bit. There were holes in the wall in the master bedroom. There’s no curtains in the living room and the windows are quite big so the sun heats up the place quite fast. Additionally at night, there is no privacy as there is a massive club right across the street and everyone can see inside the living room. Pictures don’t tell the whole story. The location was great as its close to restos and cafe’s.
