This private listing offers accommodation for up to 10 guests and boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a sports bar-themed lounge, a putting green, and access to a common patio shared with all properties at the Butchertown Bourbon House. Designed with a playful stay in mind, the Mint Julep invites guests to immerse themselves in its unique blend of historic charm and modern comfort. Accommodation Breakdown: THE MINT JULEP - Sleeps 10 As you step inside, a vibrant sports bar with multiple TV screens and exposed concrete flooring greets you on the main floor. Also on this level, you'll find a full upscale bathroom for added convenience. Ascend to the second level, where three generously sized bedrooms await, along with another new upscale bathroom. Sleeping arrangements include: Bedroom 1: King bed on the second floor (Sleeps 2) Bedroom 2: Queen bed and convertible sleeper sofa (Sleeps 3) Bedroom 3: Queen bed (Sleeps 2) Convertible Queen sleeper sofa in the upstairs living room (Sleeps 2) Convertible Queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room (Sleeps 1) With its blend of modern amenities and historic charm, the Mint Julep offers the perfect retreat for families, groups, and friends seeking a memorable stay in downtown Louisville. Access to the entire home! Self check-in with automated locks. A unique code for the keypad will be sent with check-in instructions. No managers are on-site but available at all times should you need assistance. For security of the property and our guests cameras are located on the patio.
