Close to everything. Great to have a washing machine.
Probably just a body corporate issue but the downstairs foyer smelt like there was a sewerage leek the whole time we were there. The shower door opening was extremely tight and made entry and egress somewhat dangerous. Triple power point beside the refrigerator was loose and fell out of the wall when used.

O apartamento é muito bom, como nas fotos. Está bem localizado no centro de La Spezia e próximo da estação de trem, tudo funcionou muito bem.
São muito inflexiveis com relação ao check-out. Antes das 10h já começa a tocar um alarme e as 10h em ponto tem uma pessoa na porta praticamente expulsando você.
