Great location. Wonderful views, very well equipped and comfortable, Really good communication with hosts and agents beforehand. Wifi was strong and reliable. Outdoor equipment was excellent and sitting in the back space was lovely in the good weather we had. Huge collection of DVDs!

Dishwasher didn't work. We'd been advised of this just before we arrived and told it would be fixed in the coming days. It wasn't and there was no further communication about it.

Location was great, would be ideal during summer months in more clement weather. Unfortunately the weather during our stay in November was very inclement,so we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor facilities overlooking the bay. However, was lovely waking up to the sea view. Also 5 mins drive into centre of Porthmadog, or 20 mins walk. Very pleasant area and close to tourist attractions, like the Snowdonian national park and Snowdon train line, also Blaenau ffestiniog steam train line, and the wonderful village of Portmeirion.

Property had everything we needed for our stay,and was clean,so no complaints.
