He is a great host, his mother is also very helpful, we got stuck in the snowy weather on our last day in Belgrade and dropped us off at the airport. The house was very warm, left clean and everything was enough. It is 5 minutes away from the bus stop, easy to reach in Belgrade.

Staff were helpful enough
Decent size
Floors were clean
Cheap but was still not worth it
Cleanliness is poor in kitchen - forks/spoons in cupboard had food stuck in them (not bothered about cleaning)
Washing up liquid ran out
Pillows are diabolical - needed 3 to reduce to stop neck pain (not bothered about guest comfort- other reviews state this - bargain bucket Ikea pillows which sink completely when leaning on them
2 night stay was too long
Lack of privacy - effectively an extension to the main house
Internet situation isn't great - bad connection is some rooms, very slow speeds for Serbia, high latency internet - bad for video calls - using an extender adds to the latency
Mosquito infestations - killed around 30/40 in 2 nights
Chain smokers everywhere smoking 24/7 - all towels stink of cigarette smoke
Passive smoke makes sleeping unbearable - constantly comes into apartment
Whole bag of clothes stink of cigarette smoke as a a result
The location I knew about before coming but is more inconvenient than expected- no supermarket within walking distance - takes a while to the city also
