Just what we wanted for one night. The shuttle to and from the airport runs until 10 in the morning and after 6 at night so we only got to use it one way. Note: taxi driver was a scam artist trying to get more money because it was a short trip. The hotel said unfortunately that is common. We were only one night but could have stayed a week. You walk to the next building for a lovely breakfast. There are nice outdoor chairs and tables as well. The staff was exceptional. We were given a free dessert because of delay in our dinner service.

In one week my room was never cleaned, if a room next to mine was cooking the smell feels in my room

Basic amenities are missing. For example the shower gel was not releasing the gel from the bottle. The wash basin hand soap dispenser also not working. Because of tourists influx they hardly care and poor house keeping, no inspection, no checks. Very disappointed, don’t waste money on this property, just checked out on Sept 28th, 2025 after 3 nights. Another major downside this hotel is not near Sirport, it is near Digem train station, the frequency of trains one train per hour to Brussels City central on weekends and week days little better but if you miss the train prepare for the long wait. Approximate distance from the hotel to this nearest train station about 1 mile and 12 minutes walk. I don’t recommend this hotel as it failed to meet basic standards and not fit for renting.
