Tágas, kényelmes, szép, jól felszerelt apartman, nagyon jó ár-érték aránnyal. Síeléshez nagyon jó helyen van, Taupiltz síbusszal majdnem a ház elől elérhető könnyen. Nagyobb síterepek 40perc autózáson belül vannak.
