Appartement spacieux à proximité des commerces et des bus.
Un renouvellement des équipements de cuisine est nécessaire. Mettre une cafetière avec des recharges disponible dans les commerces. Réparer la chasse d'eau qui parfois ne s'arrête pas. Le sèche serviette ne fonctionne pas ou très peu le matin.

L’appartamento è situato in zona Aurelio, vicinissima alla fermata degli autobus per andare in centro (piazza Venezia), supermercato e ristorante sotto casa. La grandezza è adatta effettivamente ad ospitare 6-8 persone ed è molto calda per l’inverno. Disponibili tutti i prodotti Per la pulizia. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile, siamo molto grati.
L’appartamento necessita di una ristrutturazione e di una pulizia profonda: uno dei bagni è molto vecchio e da rifare, l’altro più grande è tenuto bene e dotato di tutti i comfort. I muri sono da imbiancare e le porte da sostituire, in una delle camere si toglie la maniglia della porta. Il congelatore e frigorifero sono da pulire, come il secchio della spazzatura.
