Apartment is brand new, there was everything you need. Safe, private parking. Not so far away from the beach and Kotor old town (about 30 minutes). We really enjoyed balcony and the view from it. Was easy to communicate with owner

Nice place with parking which is hard to find in this area.
Has some restaurants close by and it's close to the sea (everything is though)
If you want to visit Kotor old city is a good 45 minute walk at a decent pace but it's a nice walk along the coast.
The shower had more water pressure that what the drain can handle and it tends to overflow a little.
You can handle it with the floor towel.
