The design of the stay is amazing. Really thoughtful details—we loved it.
Great car park and other facilities.
The personnel was not solution oritented:
We wanted to charge the car, the chargers were not working, by asking 4 times, 4th time there was someone who told us that there are only certain chargers that work.
We wanted to have cleaning at the end of our stay and asked it in the beginning of our stay- there were no cleaners who could perform the job (in a week time).
The swimming pools were too cold! Especially the one ourside. It would be really amazing if that was a few degrees warmer for a comfortable swim.

Les installations de l'hôtel sont confortables et agréables. Piscine, salon, accueil, garage, etc.
Point noir: il n'y avait pas de navette gratuite régulière devant l'hôtel, alors qu'il était indiqué qu'il y en avait une.
Aucune solution de remplacement proposé par l'hôtel.
