Very comfortable for the five of us. Tastefully furnished. Great location.
The shower didn’t seem very secure on the wall. There was a small leak by the window when it rained very heavily.

Exceptional view and very peaceful. Great location within easy walking distance to town with loads of restaurants. Beaches just 10 minutes away. Also used the sauna and cold plunge next door which was a great added bonus of the stay.

The hosts were lovely, and communication was great all the way through.
The location is amazing, overlooking the estuary, with a view of the Isle of Wight, and really close to town and lovely walks up the river. It was really nice watching the boats and SUPs go by.
The town is a pretty 10 min walk along the river path, and passed the quay the other way along the river is plenty to see.
Well equipped kitchen, easy parking, and a really quiet area, as it is inside the boat yard.
The bathroom is ready for a spruce up, with peeling paint over tiles.
And it is quite pricey for the quirks of an older static caravan.

Beautifully set by the river, very peaceful and tranquil with lovely views across the river with the boats moored up and beyond. Within walking distance to a nice restaurant - the Boat house and the town of Christchurch. Lovely walk along the river into Christchurch.
The key box was very tricky to open, it needs a service. A less practical-minded person would not have been able to open the key box.
