Very nice staff.
Attentive and always happy to help.
Breakfast is very good.
The room is large, clean, soundproofed with good bathroom. The hot water is always available.
Downstairs there is a nice little bar and snack bar.
Secure parking
2km walk to Rovato centre involving crossing a very busy road. There may have been an underpass, but we didn't find one.
However, the heavy volume of traffic certainly isn't heard when you are in the hotel.
English/German is not commonly spoken. Be prepared to use your Italian phrasebook. This is not a criticism, just something to bear in mind.

Mancava il kit di cortesia tipo la cuffia per la doccia,
La doccia era priva di docciaschiuma.
Rumori molesti durante la notte e nelle prime ore del mattino. Non so se da parte degli altri ospiti o dipendenti.Si sentiva la radio del bar.
