The apartment had a great shower and was ideal for visiting Venice with transport links within 5 mins walking distance.
There were a few niggles that if addressed would help improve the customer experience :
1. Plenty of towels supplied, but the tumble dryer has taken it's toll on them and they were getting very thin in places.
2. The apartment can easily sleep 4, but only 1 wine glass supplied.
3. All the cups were stained and had to be cleaned prior to being used.
4. None of the air conditioning units would work, as all the batteries had been removed from the remote control units.
Otherwise no complaints.

El apartamento es de un 10 absoluto: súper grande, limpísimo y equipado con todo lo que se pueda necesitar, incluyendo aire acondicionado (que funciona a la perfección), una nevera grande y lavadora. No se puede pedir más. Está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila y cumplía todos nuestros requisitos. Además, otra ventaja tremenda es que dejas el coche aparcado justo en la puerta y tienes una parada de autobús que te planta en Venecia en unos 45 minutos.
Lo único que nos resultó difícil de digerir fue el proceso de check-in. Está todo tan sumamente informatizado que te obliga a estar introduciendo datos muy sensibles.

Bardzo wygodny apartament. 5 osobowa rodzina mieści się bez problemu. Dobra lokalizacja. Ładnie urządzony. Apartament posprzątany, czysty. Bezproblemowy kontakt z personelem, doskonale opisany dojazd, parking, wejście do mieszkania - szczegółowa informacja wraz ze zdjęciami ułatwia odnalezienie obiektu i dotarcie do mieszkania. Wyznaczone miejsce parkingowe przy obiekcie, gdzie nawet duże auto mieści się bez problemu. Piekarnia tuż obok obiektu z pysznymi wypiekami - można zjeść śniadanie.
Brudna zastawa stołowa - niestety poprzedni wynajmujący nie korzystali prawdopodobnie ze zmywarki, która dostępna jest w apartamencie.

Camere assolutamente non insonorizzate, ahimè abbiamo faticato a dormire, a causa degli schiamazzi continui di qualche altro ospite, che si sono quietati solo per due o tre ore notturne. Materassi comodi ma letti piccoli come dimensioni.
