In the small settlement of Drapanos, between two different landscapes, one near a sandy beach and the other on a mountain with incredible sea views, we chose to build our house of the artists. With enclosed courtyard, gardens and pool, there are two apartments.One with ample access to the garden and the other high with unrestricted views. The location is at a short distance (at 6 kms) from various beaches in both directions East and West of the peninsula.Is perfect to discover the inner traditional villages and country side as well as the historical cities.In the village there are two taverns, a mini market, the backer passes by every day with fresh bread and locals can provide milk, eggs, vegetables of their own production.
There are 2 similar apartments in the property sharing , garden and Pool. Can be rented together or separetly.Here , the price concerns only 1 apartment.Each 70 sq.m sharing 1000 sqm of gardens and pool and unlimited view to white mountains.Ground floor apartment, has 2 bedrooms. One with double bed and the other with 2 single beds (one on top of other). is independent entrance, living room with Smart TV, Wifi, kitchen, fully equipped bathroom with shower. plus outdoor table with shade and view to the garden and pool.1st floor apartment , has 2 bedrooms with one double and 2 single beds. The garden is planted with mediterranean trees, a large variety of flowers and herbs as basil, oregano, mint, lavande and thyme, and offers many shaded spots to relax with a 32 square meter overflow swimming pool with sun-beds, pool towels, a pool bar with a large garden table and BBQ.

Nearest beachesAt 6 kms. Omprosgialos. A very wild scenery .the road goes down the mountainto East until the sea where is a place to swim and a nice tavern.At 6 kms. Almyrida. Sandy beach with all facilities, many taverns, bars, supermarket8 kms. Giourgioupoli. East towards Rethymnon by National road. This is the 12 klms long empty beach where you can select your own quiet place. Take water and a parasol !
