Great, cozy apartment close to shops and establishments in the city. I enjoyed staying there. They are very helpful with balance. I loved it. It's really cool.

The flat was great - we were attending an event at Ponds Forge Swimming Pool and the location was excellent, plus close to restaurants in the centre for evenings. The flat had all facilities we needed and plenty of space for 3 of us staying. Would definitely stay again!

A little home away!! Really tidy and clean comfortable sofa and free Netflix !! really close to the city centre just few minutes walk ..kitchen whit all you need for a short stay and bath properly clean ..I really appreciate Ryan hospitality and support during my visit to Sheffield looking forward to back !!

The kitchen was well equipped and it was quite roomy. Sofa bed was handy. Bed was comfortable. Dishwasher was a bonus. Close to amenities.
WiFi didn’t work so therefore TV doesn’t connect to network.
Foyer and corridors are neglected with rubbish left out.
The one lift that worked had no button for ground floor so not accessible friendly.
Chairs in kitchen were very poor quality and wobbly, felt like they might collapse at any time.
The whole flat could do with a bit of maintenance to bring it up to a reasonable standard.
