The property was as described. Newly renovated, clean, and well equipped. Communication with Rob was always quick. Property was an easy 5 minute walk from the beach. Overall our stay was excellent.

Rob was super-responsive and clearly cares about his guests. The place was very clean and bright and in a quiet neighborhood just a block from the beach. While I didn’t use, lots of beach stuff (cart, games) was provided. Check-in and checkout was super easy.
The couch was low, deep, and swallowed me up. I found it difficult to sit up straight and get out of it. An armchair with firmer cushion would be helpful. The bed was too firm for me. Some porch screens need repaired. (Fortunately, there weren’t any bugs around when I visited, so I could enjoy morning coffee out there.)

This property was in the perfect location. The house was super clean, It was maybe 5 min walk to the beach, it was super close ! My kids loved this place. And also we brought our dog, the backyard was a nice size and it was fenced in!
I wish there was a community pool! And I felt bad being upstairs with my kids running around

Great location, very clean and well equipped! TV’s in every room, screened porch and outside porch plus fenced yard. Perfect for our family and two small dogs. Awesome kitchen too!
