Apartamento moderno no centro histórico. Super bem equipado, acabamentos de ótima qualidade.
Aquecimento um pouco instável. Desligava. A água variava a temperatura.

Tolle Wohnung, neu, stylistisch, gut ausgestattet, da fehlt nichts! Extrem zentrale Lage in der Mitte der Altstadt. Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe. Der Parkplatz direkt unter der Wohnung, 2 Stockwerke, mit Autofahrstuhl. Die erforderlichen Einfahrgenehmigungen wurden von Filippo vorab besorgt und gemailt, ansonsten kann das sehr teuer werden. WLAN sehr gut, Telekommunikation auch auf dem Stand der Technik. Vermieter per WA immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.
Eine Anfahrskizze wäre nicht schleccht, Die GPS Route ist wohl die kürzeste aber nicht die beste, teilweise sind rechts und links vom Wagen nur wenige Zentimeter bis Hausmauern, oft stehen da in den engen Altstadtgassen mit Warnblickanlagen Kommunal- oder Lieferfahrzeuge, da heißt es warten! Es gibt bessere Routen
