The apartment is beautiful, very big and located 5 minutes walk from Elephant & Castle underground station and various buses.
There were some issues on arrival, but one phone call to the owners and Sarah was there to sort it out in 10 minutes and she went above and beyond expectations. She's a wonderful person who also kept in touch to make sure we had a pleasant stay, she even went out and bought some fans because the weather was getting unpleasantly hot.
We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated Sarah's care in resolving the issues.
More blackout curtains in the front bedroom would be a great addition because the street lights are very bright, even with the wooden blinds that are already there. If you don't like total darkness when you sleep then the room is perfect the way it is, but if you can't sleep unless it's pitch black you'll need some sort of blindfold.

L'alloggio ampio, soleggiato, ben ristrutturato e in zona tranquilla
Lenzuola e asciugamani da bagno puliti e in quantità sufficiente
La camera singola non ha nessuna dotazione a parte una poltrona letto (l'armadio è completamente pieno di asciugamani, carta igienica, ecc.) e non c'è l'accesso al bagno!! Bisogna passare in una camera o andare al piano superiore. La pulizia dei pavimenti lascia a desiderare, la scala non era stata pulita, gli asciugamani della cucina lasciati sporchi e niente tovaglie o tovaglioli.
Alcune lampadine bruciate o mancanti
Il terrazzino, sebbene non si possa usare in questa stagione, pieno di foglie.
