Property was perfect for a weekend break. Some snacks were provided which was lovely . Clean and warm.
The sofa bed was uncomfortable and the heating was slow coming on in the morning.

This is what seems to be a converted garage. They have utilised the space extremely well to create separate living space for guests. The space is ideal for a one/two night stay or a single person needing somewhere to stay on a work trip. The two small bottles of water in the fridge and the handful of biscuits were a welcome touch.
It takes four minutes just to get back off the estate. For the price, it would've been nice to not have to buy things like coffee and milk. There is a connecting door just outside the bedroom to the main house which granted, was always locked, we just don't like the thought of a connecting door into our space.
