Fully-equipped & clean. Plenty of room for six of us.
Great location for the sights of Lincoln. Surprisingly quiet too!
Good wi-fi.
Communication prior to our stay was a little sporadic (I had enquired about an earlier check-in but got no response).
However, communication during our stay was good (a broken bed was reported & reply was very prompt).

The location was good in that it was within a short walk into Lincoln centre and the cathedral, and castle. The house itself was very comfortable and well equipped. Very comfortable beds, lots of hit water and efficient heating as we put it on briefly the first night as the weather turned quite chilly.
There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The decor and cleanliness was great. Communication was fabulous and the host was very accommodating at arranging an earlier check in.
The garden area was a bit overgrown on the patio area which could be easily solved. This would not stop me from booking again but it may put people off

location is close to the city and the provision of parking permits is great.
The house was avert stated it was 'stunning', but in reality we it very drafty as there are gaps in the old wooden external doors. Upstairs is well decorated and has a nice bathroom, downstairs there is a lot of paint flaking off the walls and that gives the impression that it has been damp. We did not find any damp areas but it just looked bad and in need of decorating. We found a dirty ear bud in the bathroom and a set of ear plugs behind some curtains which suggests that the place only gets a very basic clean.
